Regardless of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.playerinjury.com\/\">how<\/a>\u00a0Locks goes about <a href=\"http:\/\/profootballtalk.nbcsports.com\/2012\/04\/23\/salisbury-helps-solicit-more-concussion-plaintiffs\/\">getting<\/a> his clients, he has the dominant share of players, and they continue to flock to him in droves.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, Gene Locks filed two more concussion lawsuits against the NFL. Ex-player, now a lawyer, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ckfirm.com\/bio\/BradCulpepper.asp\">Brad Culpepper<\/a>, is the lead plaintiff in the first lawsuit. He is among 26 former players.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the more notable players include two-time Pro Bowler, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/A\/ArnoJi20.htm\">Jim Arnold<\/a>; longtime Kansas City Chief, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/P\/PearJ.20.htm\">J.C. Pearson<\/a>; one-time Pro Bowler, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/S\/St.JLe00.htm\">Len St. Jean<\/a>; and as he announced on Twitter the other day, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/T\/TafoJo20.htm\">Joe Tafoya<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p>Today I signed up for the NFL concussion lawsuit. Trying to remember how many times I was &#8220;dizzy&#8221; after hitting someone was not easy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Joe Tafoya (@JoeTafoya) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JoeTafoya\/status\/198616033496530946\" data-datetime=\"2012-05-05T03:32:07+00:00\">May 5, 2012<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The second lawsuit is a single-plaintiff complaint, naming only\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pro-football-reference.com\/players\/H\/HannCh20.htm\">Charley Hannah<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuits are identical to the other suits filed by Gene Locks, asserting counts of fraud, conspiracy to defraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, negligence, loss of consortium and seeking declaratory relief and medical monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>There are now more than 1,800 former players named in the 70 complaints. Of course, this number will continue to grow in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Both lawsuit were filed in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and are captioned <em>Brad Culpepper et al v.
